Profitable Film and TV Projects
Peacock is a one stop film and television finance company with expertise in sourcing profitable projects and securing funds from independent investors for both UK and foreign (principally USA and Europe) productions.

Investment Compatibility
We identify commonality between producers and investors and try to match them with suitable projects. We act for over a hundred Producers but only in respect of their great scripts. We attempt to achieve the best returns we can for our investors with the minimum risk over the shortest possible period of time. Investment Due Diligence Our team diligently vets all Projects, commencing with the script, to assess their commercial viability with an identifiable audience whilst determining committed distribution outlets. We have five experienced script reporters as we usually receive a new script every day.

Quality Control
There has never been a more exciting time with all the streamers (Netflix, Amazon, Apple etc.) hungry for high quality content on the one hand and, on the other, investors looking for new sources of investment for their hard-earned funds. Our key word is transparency with our supplying all available information on Projects to prospective investors. Our acid test is if we had the available monies would we invest in the Project?

Tax incentives
Although there is 30% tax relief in Year One for UK individuals for qualifying expenditure in Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) investments and 50% for Small Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) investments we do not actively promote them because most investors are not interested in investing in a slate of films, nor do they wish to wait for over three years to recoup their investment.
