Geoff Anandappa is an international speaker and independent consultant on investing in Rare Tangible Assets (RTAs), which include ancient coins, rare stamps, first-edition books, limited edition artworks, vintage film posters, whiskey & spirits, luxury watches and more.

In 2005, after a career in management, Geoff’s lifelong interest in collectibles prompted him to join Stanley Gibbons Ltd, the oldest stamp dealer in the world. As part of his role in the Investment Department, he traveled worldwide, speaking to clients, financial advisers and wealth managers. He also spent a year in Hong Kong setting up Stanley Gibbons’ Asia office.

In 2018, Geoff established his own company, Rare Tangible Assets Ltd, to provide independent advice and guidance about alternative investments and diversifying into RTAs for investors and financial professionals. He manages client portfolios of RTAs totalling in excess of £25 million with clients worldwide. He is also a consultant to major international collectibles auctioneers and dealers.

Geoff’s home is in London. His collecting interests include the stamps and coins of Ceylon as well as first-edition books and vintage posters.
