Steven is a Partner at Oakley Capital where his focus is fundraising, communications and Oakley Capital Investments’ investor relations. Steven has more than 18 years of investment banking experience and was a founding partner of investment bank Liberum Capital, where he raised equity capital for hundreds of companies and advised on public market listings. He began his career in 1997 at Collins Stewart, where he held equity research and sales roles.
