Molly has 20+ years of experience in innovation policy, market acceleration, and venture ecosystems, focused on the intersection of emerging technologies, climate and digital with the last 10 years spent specialising in digital energy solutions for social and climate impact. She is a Venture Partner with The Conduit EIS Impact Fund. She founded not-for-profit Energy Unlocked in 2015 to accelerate energy transitions, working with cities and startups. She founded PeerCo in 2023, a digital MRV solution for accelerating finance for small-scale electrification. Molly has convened and advised governments, corporations, and start-ups, building extensive networks across Europe and internationally. Recognised for her strategic leadership and expertise in energy transitions, digital infrastructure, digital energy and climate solutions, she has facilitated major climate and energy projects with cities and companies (such as Google, Cisco, Accenture, Arup), influenced policy, and supported the acceleration and fundraising efforts of companies in the digital energy sector in US, Europe and Africa.
